EZ-Deco®

EZ-Deco® uses a multi-layer heat-transfer structure that is applied at high temperatures (up to approx. 230°C) on glass, plastic, or aluminum. Crucial for adhesion and image quality are the precisely tuned release layer, high-resolution decoration layers, metallization or spot colors, and a temperature-sensitive adhesive system. Process parameters such as temperature profile, pressure, web speed, and tool surface define transfer quality – especially with demanding geometries or critical substrates. The result: maximum adhesive strength, chemical resistance, and high-resolution, distortion-free imaging.

EZ-Deco® is suitable for glass, plastics (including PET, PP, PE, SAN, ABS), and aluminum. The technology is designed so that even more heat-sensitive substrates or difficult-to-print surfaces can be reliably decorated without primer. This makes it suitable for packaging in spirits, cosmetics, food, drinking glasses, and technical plastic parts.

The system enables high-resolution, multi-color representations with fine raster gradients, brilliant solid colors, metallic effects, and thermochromic designs. 360° decorations, double-sided printing, or photorealistic motifs are also possible. This enables premium looks for brand worlds – from limited editions to high-volume series.

Since neither inks, primers, nor solvents are needed, material consumption, waste, and energy requirements are significantly reduced. The process enables clean, emission-free application and supports sustainable brand strategies such as re-use and refilling concepts. Additionally, secondary packaging can be reduced because high-quality decoration occurs directly on the product.

EZ-Deco® is a one-step process without separate printing steps, without complex machinery, and without specialized personnel. This reduces process times, error rates, and rework. For decorators, this means stable quality, less waste, and lower energy costs. For brands, high repeatability, brilliant appearance, and anti-counterfeiting enable stronger differentiation at the POS and thus higher value creation per product.
